(Confidentiality agreement on the use of personal data)
1. General provisions of this Privacy Policy
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) applies to all personal data that Gradalogistic Foreign Venture (hereinafter Gradalogistic or We) may collect from users during their use of the Gradalogistic official Website – https://www.gradalogistic.by/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
1.2. This Policy states how Gradalogistic processes the user’s personal information and keeps it private. By providing the information required for initiating further interaction, you agree to its use in accordance with this Policy.
1.3. Gradalogistic does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the user can click on the links available on the Gradalogistic Website. Third party sites may have their own privacy policies and other personal data may be collected or requested from the user.
1.4. Gradalogistic may make any changes and amendments to this Policy. In all cases Gradalogistic will assure the confidentiality of your personal data.
2. Users’ personal data that Gradalogistic obtains and processes
2.1. According to this Policy, “personal user data” means personal data that the user provides about himself or herself independently filling out the feedback form, service request form on the Website or in the process of obtaining services. Mandatory information for the user to obtain feedback or service request is indicated by “*”. Such information includes: name and surname, email address, contact phone number. The “company name” field is optional, but it is desirable for us to get an idea of your company’s activities and, in some cases, to provide you with more favorable conditions for our services.
2.2. Personal data may include a postal or other physical address, occupation and other information necessary to provide services or to perform other operations at your request, as well as to fulfill obligations under an agreement concluded with you.
2.3. Gradalogistic processes only those personal data that are necessary to provide and improve the quality of services provided.
2.4. According to the adopted Policy of Gradalogistic regarding the processing of personal data, we do not collect, process or store biometric and special personal data. In the case of voluntary provision of special or biometric data by Website visitors, Gradalogistic will not take this information into account in the process of handle it.
2.5. We collect, store and process personal data about our customers, suppliers, other third parties and our employees, as well as ensure the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
2.6. The obtained personal data are stored in Gradalogistic information systems and are protected from unauthorized access and disclosure.
3. Purposes of users’ personal data processing
3.1. Providing you with the information asked from Gradalogistic.
3.2. Providing you with the services ordered from Gradalogistic.
3.3. Processing your feedback on our offers and other information or messages.
3.4. Fulfillment of legal obligations based on agreements or other arrangements with you or the person you represent.
3.5. Management and coordination of our relationship with you or the legal entity/ organization that you represent.
3.6. Gradalogistic can use the user’s personal data for the purposes of:

3.6.2. providing the user with personalized services;
3.6.3. improving the quality of services and developing new ones;
3.6.4. conducting statistical and other studies based on anonymized data;
3.6.5. the Website administration;
3.6.6. compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
3.6.7. any other legitimate business purposes.
4. Disclosing user’s personal data to third parties
4.1. Gradalogistic has the right to disclose user’s personal information to third parties:
4.1.1. if the user has given his/her express consent to a such action;
4.1.2. if the disclosure is necessary for achieving the goals and for fulfilling the functions, powers and obligations assigned to Gradalogistic by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
4.2. We can transfer your personal data for processing and storage to entities belonging to the same group of companies with Gradalogistic.
4.3. Gradalogistic is entitled to use the obtained data for the purpose of proper performance of its obligations, protection of its rights and ensuring the safety of Gradalogistic.
4.4. Based on legislation or a request from public authorities, the user’s personal data may be available to public authorities.
4.5. Only in cases where information is collected by Gradalogistic, the use of your data will be subject to the rules of this Policy regarding the protection of the confidentiality of personal data.
4.6. We use third-party services to monitor traffic, statistical research, advertising and other operations on the Gradalogistic website. Users agree that Gradalogistic is free to use legal technical means for collecting and processing information.
5. User’s personal data protection measures
5.1. Gradalogistic takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and against other unlawful acts with the personal data of third parties.
5.2. We recommend you to take all measures to protect your personal data while browsing the Internet. Change your passwords often, use a combination of letters and numbers when creating passwords, and use a secure browser. In order to ensure confidentiality, the user is advised not to disclose his/her password to unauthorized persons and use it when creating other accounts.
5.3. Users agree to the Gradalogistic technical processing of information by transmitting data over networks, including through the unencrypted Internet communication channels, recognizing the inability to ensure the absolute confidentiality.
5.4. In order to protect information from technical failures that could lead to the loss or damage of information, Gradalogistic has the right to make backup copies of information.
6. User’s rights and obligations
6.1. Gradalogistic takes reasonable measures to maintain the accuracy and relevance of the personal data that Gradalogistic keeps, and the removal of outdated and other invalid or unnecessary personal data, however, the user is responsible for providing reliable information.
6.2. The user may request from Gradalogistic his/her data editing (updating, supplementation) from his/her personal information provided or from its part, and the parameters of its confidentiality by contacting Gradalogistic.
6.3. The user may request from Gradalogistic a limiting for the processing of his/her data, and also withdraw his/her consent to the personal data processing by sending a written notice to the address: 11 Nezavisimosti ave., building 2 of. 515, 220030, Мinsk, The Republic of Belarus, to the Gradalogistic Foreign Venture, marked “withdrawal of consent to the personal data processing”. Withdrawal by the user of consent to the personal data processing entails the deletion of records containing personal data in the Gradalogistic personal data processing systems.
6.4. The user has the right to be informed regarding the processing of his/her personal data at Gradalogistic. To obtain information the user shall send a written request to the address: 11 Nezavisimosti ave., building 2 of. 515, 220030, Мinsk, The Republic of Belarus, to the Gradalogistic Foreign Venture, marked “Request for information on the personal data processing”.
6.5. For the implementation of the provisions of paragraphs 6.2.-6.4. of this Policy, Gradalogistic may require the user to confirm his/her identity by requiring the provision of proof of identity in any form consistent with the law.
6.6. In the event that your data is deleted from our database at your request we will store only information that may be needed to protect our interests or information necessary for the public authorities.
